Direct to Substrate Printing

Utilizing digital Quadro technology, our direct to substrate printing incorporates VOC-free, UV-cured inks for an environmentally responsible alternative to traditional solvent based printing. This technology allows printing on virtually any flat, smooth surface up to 60" wide, 1.5" thick, any length.

Because this process can eliminate the need for over lamination, optically clear adhesives, and mounting, direct to substrate is a faster and more cost effective alternative to the traditional photographically based presentation methods.

Environmentally Responsible Materials and
VOC Free Inks, the Intelligent Solution
Providing a responsible alternative to traditional materials and inks, Corporate Color Graphics understands the evolving nature of our industry and our responsibility to the environment. You can be confident that our production processes will concatenate well with your environmental policies. Our production facility does not, and never has, utilized inks containing VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Our waste is managed in compliance with regulatory requirements and our material yields are maximized utilizing computer generated material layout programs.
Hexacomb Graphic Board
Hexacomb consists of SFI certified fabricated natural kraft core with white clay-coated or natural linerboard facings. Produced with up to 20% recycled paper content which is chlorofluorocarbon-free, Falconboard emits zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and is an excellent "green" alternative to traditional foam boards made from polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
GreenCore
GreenCore is a premium quality, smooth 2-sided hardboard with ultra-smooth surfaces. Available in 1/8" and 1/4" thicknesses, 4' x 8' sizes. No added formaldehyde, CARB Exempt and CARB Compliant, utilizes raw material from managed forests, and is an excellent alternative to Sintra.
Duraplast Biodegradable
Duraplast Biodegradable is an all-plastic foam board consisting of a biodegradable polystyrene foam center, faced with water-proof biodegradable polystyrene liners. This foam board is completely recycleable and is categorized as PS6. 100% biodegradable, 100% recycleable.
