Document Layout
We recommend using the following Mac/PC program(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia FreeHand, QuarkXPress, Adobe PageMaker, or Adobe InDesign. Your document, when possible, should be created at full size.

Requirements of Placed Photos
Please scan and save color photographs in the Adobe 1998 color space. For the best grayscale images, convert your file to Grayscale. If your original color photo is in the CMYK color space, do not convert it, we will perform the conversion. We recommend saving your photos as TIFFs or EPSs with a resolution between 200 and 400 dpi at full size (please look at our File Size Chart for recommendations). Please contact our Support Staff in advance if you have any questions.

Selecting the Right Colors
Vector COLORS (i.e., color created in Illustrator, FreeHand or Quark) should be specified from the Pantone© Coated Color Matching System swatch library. Try not to use your own CMYK color mixture. If you need to mix your own colors, use a mixture of RGB.

One Last Check
Always check that you have included all Fonts used in your document, including any embedded text files. Always print a B&W or color proof of your document, specify all PMS color matches and the final output size on your proof. Include a directory of all files contained on your disk(s).

Transporting Your Files
We accept CDs, DVDs, and uploads directly to our website.
